'International English Language Testing System' is the acronym for 'International English Language Testing System.' It is considered to be one of the top language tests in the world. Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing are the four sections of this test. This test will take you 2 hours and 45 minutes to complete. Applicants to Australian institutions are usually required to have a score of at least 6.5. However, not all Australian colleges have the same requirements, so students can find those that accept applications with a 5.5 GPA.


Another language test allowed by Australian colleges is TOEFL, which stands for 'Test of English as a Foreign Language.' Reading, speaking, listening, and writing are all included in this test. However, when compared to IELTS, this test takes much longer to complete. The TOEFL exam has a time limit of 4 hours and 20 minutes. To apply to study in Australia, you must have a minimum score of 46. However, you should strive for a score of 60 to 90 because institutions are more likely to accept your application if it falls into this range.

PTE Academic

The Pearson Test of English Academic is a language exam that is accepted by all Australian universities. This test, like the previous two, contains four sections: reading, speaking, listening, and writing. The students have three hours to finish the exam. Students need a minimum score of 42 to apply to universities in Australia But you should ideally aim to score between 50 and 64.


'Certificate in Advanced English' stands for 'Certificate in Advanced English.' Reading and Use of English, Writing, Listening, and Speaking are the four sections of this test. A student will be allotted 3 hours and 55 minutes to complete the test. The time is divided as follows: the first two sections receive 90 minutes each, the third section receives 40 minutes, and the fourth section receives 15 minutes. This exam requires a minimum score of 162 to pass.


The 'Graduate Management Admission Test' (GMAT) stands for 'Graduate Management Admission Test.' Analytical Writing, Integrated Reasoning, Quantitative Reasoning, and Verbal Reasoning are the four areas of this test. The test is given to students with a time limit of 3 hours and 7 minutes to finish. Students must finish the Analytical Writing and Integrated Reasoning sections in under an hour (each section taking 30 minutes). After that, students have 62 minutes to complete the Quantitative Reasoning exam and 65 minutes to finish the Verbal Reasoning section. Each Australian university has its own set of basic requirements. However, a GMAT score of 600 or higher is regarded as good.
